This build split is a deliberate rip-off from w_o_w_o.
The aim of this thread is twofold:
- Are there any suggestions on the leveling order, skills, and stat spread? Also, is Improved Sunder a reasonable feat choice? (This is the reason why I take PA in the first place. Other suggestions for the level 15 and level 18 feat would be nice as well.)
- Which kind of items should I get before TRing her? In particular, where should I slot the GS HP? Cloak Slot?

I deliberately chose the route of no traps. You could also raise Int, dump Spot and juggle around to get search and disable device to a reasonable level.
Possible due to the version of the planner I was using, Artificer Energy of Creation did not qualifiy for Elven AA. Please read the level 18 feat as Improved Sunder.
Edit. After a conversation with Shataan (a 10k Stars Kensai Archer player, whose opinion I value very much), I decided to do a build which is a bit more experimental. Essentially, I give up 4 feats which wouldn't help me much because I don't melee much anyway (PA, SF, IS, Quickdraw), and take a bunch of toughnesses, allowing me to direct some build points from Con to Int.
The ranks of the skills at cap are: 23 UMD, 23 Disable Device, 22 Search, 22 Spot, 22 Concentration.
12 Con isn't as bad as it looks, as this build has actually more HP than the no-trap version above:
