My account have successfully upgraded to VIP via DDO 30Days game pass, DDO say VIP still can get 500 TP for free each month, because i haven't got any TP added in my account. what should i do?

I have the same issue basically each month (Im using a game time card). Just submit a ticket on the homepage:

It usually will be resolved in a day or two.

I usually get mine within 24 hrs, it's not immediate upon upgrading.
