Give monks elemental hands

Monks are a great class - lots of fun. But one thing has always bugged me about monks - because they tend to use handwraps, they don't have visable weapons which takes away from their "coolness" factor. But it doesn't have to be so...

Sorcerer Savants have elemental hands, eg a fire Savant's hands are always "on fire". Why couldn't the same be done for monks?!

When a monk is in sun stance, let him have fiery hands, when he's in wind stance, let his hands sparkle with electricity. It can't be that much work to do because Savant's already have it, so it should simply be a matter of transferring the graphic to monks.

Notice I have not suggested making the graphic based on the handwraps that the monk is wearing. This is to (hopefully) avoid breaking handwraps even more. But I imagine we ought to be ok if it's only connected to stances.

Technically I think it would be icicles if it's mimicking the elemental effect. If it's mimicking the stance then I think we should get seaweed...
