    Default I Cant buy exp

    Ugly message: Payment Authorization Failed
    I tried with a virtual credit card, a real credit card
    I tried with my paypal account, a new paypal account

    I am from Latin America and is impossible call to USA

    I dont have problem when i buy tp, vip, etc

    I figthed with paypal >_< and I cant use my credict card
