Default Advise on new toon34/36 pts project

    What I need:
A fun to play 34/36pt build and that does not need perfect gear and tons of pots.
Very solo friendly while leveling.(on par with my WF artificer at least)
    Raid/epic friendly since lv18

    What should I make?
Some inspiration/advice/help will be very appreciated.

    Limitation :
I'm a VIP for another 8months or so.
I have no intention of keep playing a WF, but I can use WF to get past lifes.
I prefer pure or 18/2 more than cross class. I do not mind if it's neccesary though.

    background
No I ain't no hardcore player who would/can do completionist nor I am all fully epic geared.
I do not know quests well(I rely on ddowiki and guides on YouTube A LOT to complete quests.)
Though, I am not a total noob with good understanding of most game machanics and capability to operate a toon quite well.

I have an artificer that I am almost done finishing gearing up, doing satisfactory damage(taking down dummy 10 ish seconds) with ONE past life of barbarian.
I also have a first life cleric with like no amazing gear.

I also have some level 10 ish toons that I won't mind leveling and TRing into the new toon I want.

I am a VIP but gonna downgrade 8 months later.

    my consideration list
Below is a list of why I like the class and why don't I like the class.
    Wizard / sorcerer :
    Pro : -instant kill
    -CC
Con : -have to worry about both dc and spell penetration
    -have to worry about sp.
-may require more than 2past lifes to be effective.

    Monk
Pro : -I like unarmed fighting
    -evasion
    -AC potential
    -I like stunning/tripping mobs
    -high saves
    -death of touch
    -fast run speed

Con : -lack of crowd control against group of mobs(stunning one mob doesn't count as crowd control for me. It's single mob control)
-I dun have monk when I downgrade to premium.
-I tried all pure class to lvl8 and monk is the gimpest, doing almost least damage(on par with cleric) while taking the most. Very poor survivability and Pot addicted. (just personal experience. Mig it be much better when I have all gears ready for him before I tr.......

    Fighter/paladin(tank)
Con : -I tanked in all mmorpg I played.
    -Survivability early on
    -I like broad and sword
    Pro : -low dps
    -Boring

    Clonk(heavy in monk)
    see above(monk)
    Pro - I like bursts

My advice would be get a nice greataxe like carnifex and invest in str about 12 pts and do a WF Sorc. You will get so many spell points it aint funny and what you cant nuke to death you can easily kill with masters touch spell and said greataxe.

Another consideration is to go warforged monk and use the fists of light line. Your self healing will be awesome, high hp, high str, and just hits like a mack truck. You could also Human or warforged and go to the dark side. For soloing/self sufficiency i like light side. For more bang for your buck id go dark.

Its all based on preference but imho you really cant beat WF sorc for leveling .. endgame the cc is meh at best and yes you gotta manage sp at endgame but pretty much not while leveling.
Warforged Durability- "Takes a licklin and keeps on tickin."
