    Default Pre-Order error

    I opened a support ticket by email 2 days ago but since I haven't heard a thing I thought I'd try the Forum route. When I registered my pre-order I got an error saying it couldn't credit my account with Turbine points. I logged into DDO and yep, no turbine points.

    Has anyone else had this issue? Any luck getting it resolved?

    The turn around time for Account Management tickets is a couple of business days right now. However, you can also use the phone number in my signature to talk to them directly. They will be happy to help
