    Default I accidentally bought the expansion twice

    I ended up buying the expansion twice, for one account!
    I assumed when it said "quantity 2" it was referring to the bonus point bundle I thought I was buying aswell.

    Turns out I bought no bonus points and 2 expansions...ugh.
    To make it worse I didn't realise my error until after I redeemed the codes and noticed my TP value seemed off.
    I can't really benefit from having 2 expansions on one account, I'm hoping I can just give back one of my expansions and be refunded.

    After all, I notice I only have one bonus item pack in my inventory (which i deliberatly have not activated yet).

    Make sure you contact Turbine's support directly, they may not see this post.

    It was kind of bad how when you bring the purchase screen up, then get out of it, and return to it, it automatically adds another purchase.

    Pretty hard to miss the total checkout price tho...

    Contact Account Management. They were very courteous and quick to get me a refund when this happened to me the other day. Just know that it is going to take a few days and they are going to need a lot of information from you (but they will ask anything they need).

    I sent a ticket immediately to customer service.

    They sent me a very courteous email over the weekend stating -


    That they had refunded my $79.99 and had removed my second expansion purchase.

    Given that they are under no obligation to do this, and the speed in which they got back to me
    I was pretty stoked.

    I have this same issue just noticed i was charged twice for expansion pak. and I didn't have two item in the cart only 1. and it was two seperate charges as well.

    who do i need to send a ticket to get this resolved???

    They should cover it for everyone, just file a ticket or call them.

    The early incranation of the order form had a quirk where it was initializing with a "2" in the quantity field - and would add another "+2" if you refreshed the page.

    just as an fyi to others.

    I did open a ticket, and in 2 days turbine took care of the error and refunded the xtra charge.

    thanks turbine for handling this in a timely fashion.
