Just wondering if there is any possibility of having a mail notification icon on the toon selection screen? This would allow players to see if (for instance) they have won a lottery, got a response from a guild request or auction, etc. This is something that I would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

A very good idea.
I would go one step further and like to see a LFM panel on the character select page as well.A friend will bail you out of jail.
A mate will be sitting in there beside you saying "**** that was awsome!!!"

Why not make an NPC that approaches the own character while tanding in a public area. I think this would add very much to immersion, but could be a bit difficult to implement.
"You are a Tiefling. And a Cleric, with the Domain of the Sun. Doesn't that contradict each other ?" "No, all my friends are playing evil. I found that so boring that I decided to be on the good side. And, besides, Sun and Fire, where is the difference, really ?"
