Can't seem to buy the expansion, it fails with a blank page when trying with paypal (https://store.digitalriver.com/store...ocessOrderPage) and says payment not authorized when trying to use my Visa card, Cmon turbine, do you not want my money?
edit: I've had trouble with digital river before (they're the people who manage EA's Origin) and them not taking Paypal payment, there's a few less pieces of information required on the Credit Card form than is generally normal in the UK too!

Have now registered a click and buy account and this is also being rejected,
I have the funds (hell, I actually sent the funds to a friend and asked him to pay for it - he was able to pay for it for himself, got and activated his code, then tried paying for it for me (no dice) then tried paying for it for himself a second time to e-mail the code onto me (no dice, again)) in my bank account, my paypal account is in good standing (I used it yesterday on something else) my bank account is fine (I used my debit card earlier today). So I got ANOTHER friend at ANOTHER geographical location to use his paypal address and then forward me the key....how ludicrous.

Um, you could try calling Turbine and talking to one of their reps and doing the buy that way. I use prepaid CCs when I buy from Turbine and they never go through right for some reason, so I just do it over the phone.

If you are having issues making a payment via PayPal, please contact them directly. Even if you have done so previously, you may need to re-verify your account with them.
