Dragontouched rune of destruction does not apply with handwraps

Put in several bug reports about this to no avail, just thought I'd put this out there before someone else decides to grind out dozen of sos runs to get destruction on their monk .

They never have been. They are a magic item that applies buffs to your character so they can hit things harder.

there is difference between melee and unarmed. like ravager set, runes on DT only apply to melee.

No need to harass a guy that hasn't been following the trials and tribulations of handwraps since their introduction.

Just understand they're a mess (although getting better), and if you ever see anything that does something or applies something or otherwise improves 'melee' attacks...research it first before you try to use it with handwraps, especially if it requires a lot of work obtaining.
