    Default Can't activate the expansion

    I went to https://myaccount.turbine.com/ and logged in. Then I followed the steps and I show only an account for LOTRO. I see no where that I can upgrade my DDO game, but I can upgrade LOTRO. I don't get it.

    When I enter the activation key I get this: "Promotional Product Keys can only be redeemed on an existing subscription. [err: 29104] "

    I have an existing subscription but cannot find it anywhere no matter what I click on.

    I followed the the instructions to a "T" after I made the purchase.

    Got it taken care of with customer service over the phone.
