But you have now massive hate generation among twf melee ppl. I have tier1 earth and stone prison and earthgrab proc rate poor in high levels and epics. Maybe it's more useful in lower levels. Epic Elemental Khopesh of Water much much better for CC in epics and high level elites. Triple air is good if you will TR as a Tempest or Kensai so stunning may more useful. Otherwise you may regret for not doing fire,air,air.

well for myself ,it proc very often ,even more with the t2air doublestrike in off-hand
And so far ,i kill a lot faster than lots of melee in epics
Only exception being the eSoS wielders and rogues.
But all are happy to see the mobs stunned/earthgrabbed/stoned/frozen .

Epic elemental khopesh :
-doesnt give +20hp ,+1 fort/ref
-doesnt CC undead or construct.With my weaps ,only red names are safe.
-doesnt make mob helpless ,and then doesnt give 150% damage bonus .
-doesnt break DRs of anything but the red slot choice
-Have less DC ,and i augment these DC by 2 with the roar from eLion Head Belt
-have less dps ,a lot less
And i can add more dps (redscale ) or more cc (frozen tunic) effects.
So its just a poor man's alchemical.

FireT1 is also the poor man's choice :
For the ones that want seeker but cant slot it.
Well i have slotted it ,i have fire burst on my redrobe so...its the worst choice i could ever make.
Not even counting that fire weapons are the weaker element in the current state of the game.
Not even counting its the only alchemical element without CC effect .
And CC > dps for my toon.
Worse ,since these CC effects create helpless state we have :
dps+CC> dps .
The only regret i could have would be the t2water instead of t2 air ,
but t2 air bring more dps and more CC (what i need )
and ,anyway ,i dont wear my khops when i go max DC on spells.

Also ,no i wont TR in ranger. Never XD ,except if i go completionnist coz i would have no choices.
A thing weaker than me on all points but dps on favored enemies......no thank you.
(And in fact weaker than me on them too...since i can DP them XD )
fighter/monk/barb/wiz/fvs lives on the other hand are quite tempting.
Its the next step .

An alchemical weapon set is a complex thing to build ,and reading forums only bring pre-conceived ideas.
99% of what i read here ,even posted by vets ,is plain bull****.
Think for yourself.
See the bigger picture.
Dps alone is useless.And can be less dps than a more subtle approach:
Like fireT1 being superior on paper but in fact inferior dps than other T1s in game thx to helpless state and other seeker gear.
These weapons arent alone ,they part of a gear.
What do they bring ,what do they cost,what is your build and what does it need.
These are the true and only questions.
Rest is ****oo for retards that beat portals and make movies on it because dps is awwwwesome XD

Full of jealousy.

I've got the air/air and earth/earth for T2, but even after half a dozen Epic completions no T3 at all.

Of course, I only have the cells to make one even if I had both T3s.
