Temporary Leveling build for elites

I just came back to the game after a year or so off. When I quit I was mid-TR. I'm used to mostly blowing through quests on normal to level, but from what I understand now, the big thing is to run things on elite then hard for bravery bonuses.

Lucky for me I have 2 LR stones banked so I can switch to a proper leveling build, then swap back to what I want when I get high level.

I am currently 6 Ranger / 4 Monk with plans to go 12 Ranger / 6 Monk / 2 x (probably ranger).

Half Elf with 2 Ranger past lives.

Current Level order is roughly,

1. Ranger
2. Ranger
3. Monk*
4. Monk*
5. Ranger*
6. Ranger*
7. Ranger
8. Ranger
9. Monk
10. Monk

*May be swapped, I am a little forgetful.

In two levels I can start using Min II Khopeshes or Rapiers that have +4 insight AC, but my Handwraps are pretty crappy, +2 holy burst.

Anyways, I'm wondering if anyone could suggest a good leveling setup to blow through elites, at least until I get to raiding level.

I do have enough large ingredients to make another GS weapon if that would benefit a build.
