Problem with multiple backpacks

I bought a backpack slot for my character Weu Jen since they were 20% off. It said it could not be processed. I tried it a bit later and same thing. Then I waited and tried and viola I have my backpack slot. Problem is that I had 13027 turbine points before now I have 11123 They were on sale for 476 points each so that would have to mean that it charged me for 4 of these backpack slots. How do I go about getting my points back? I have only 1 email from Turbine saying I was being charged for only 1 backpack. Thanks!

You can look at your order history in the store, that will tell you what it thinks your points were spent on. You can then put in a support ticket or call them to get them to reverse the charges.
