Pre Order Payment Authorization Failed

Each time I try to pre order the collectors edition I get payment authorization failed. I´ve tried putting in the CC information, and paypal, neither seem to work.

I've even tried various browsers and other computer it always comes up as payment authorization failed. Which seems strange as I had no issue renewing my vip subscription just the other day with the same card.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I would like to buy the pre order collectors edition
