Still a very unhappy person with all this, Its been 5 days and your telling us its gonna be 6? But... you took the time to put the TR stones and your DDO store back online but the people you got there money already you just put us on the back burner. I been around the game since the beginning and I have never been so unimpressed with Turbine ever then I am right now. There also should be some type of something extra for us who are waiting all this time to receive our items, This was a turbine issue so they should do something alittle extra for us.

i'm not that unhappy beacause i got some fast answers to our problem, still, in most games i've experienced one a little bug happens (imho, this one is a big one) we get something, yes i know it's childish, but i think that a little extra could be a bit more than having everything back in the place.

when in another famous game (the "more than 10 mils gamers.." we had an unexpected extended manteinance we did got a free day) yes it's not that much but an extention of.. 1 day? yes why not, 100 tp? it's ok.. it's still something i will not complain if i get nothing, i'll still play this game and will still continue to pay the Vip Subscription and why not, buy tp if i feel i "need" it.

anyhow i'm like the rest of the others waiting to get my greater tome, my pets, and other things i miss back.

even if this was maybe a completely avoidable damage (maybe postponing the exit of the expansion prepurchase) i think in need of thanking the staff for the very good job and assistance we got.

so, i'm not that unhappy i still prefer and mostly see the bright side of the moon.

I thought the best one had 2000 TP?

It does include 2000TP. When you purchase it they also offer you an additional 11000 TP for an additional $59.99 if you want to buy that too.

Some more clarifications in that regard:
CAKES

1. It is now safe to summon the Djinni with your 6 Year Old Cake
2. Those who did not receive their items from the cake we are in the process of implementing help for affected characters.

PRE-PURCHASE

1. If you have not activated ANY of your pre-purchase tickets prior to this morning's hotfix, the tickets should now work like normal as outlined in the FAQ.
2. If you have a character that did not receive their pre-purchase items, we are in the process of implementing help for these characters.
3. If your affected character that did not receive items prior to this morning's hotfix was the FIRST character you tried the ticket with, we are still in the process of implementing help to re-bestow the Tomes/Pets for those characters. Until this fix is applied, activating tickets on your subsequent characters will only award the other items (e.g. masks, figurines, etc). Activating the rest of your tickets on your subsequent characters will not impact our ability to assist you in getting your Tomes/Pets on your preferred character.

This is a complex fix on our side and is requiring more time to verify to ensure people receive their items. We do not anticipate deploying the fix this evening, as it is still in progress. Will bring more information as soon as possible!

The tl;dr version: cakes are safe if your cake didn't work, we're working on replacing it. New tickets work fine, but won't give you pets or greater tomes. We're still working on replacing items for any players who lost them.

3. Notice no active XP Icon, assume this is WAI, as I am ineligible for the XP bonus. (Being level 20)

Q: Does the bonus still exist, and kick in once I TR?
Is there anyway for me to visually verify this?

Any chance I could throw a suggestion to move the /quest completions into the Adventure Compendium and not get flamed? Right after Favor would be great maybe put Timer in there, too

Well I know this is gonna take awhile so will list stuff here and hope to get a response of somekind lol. Iamalazy did not get his +2 con tome from cake. Artisimo did not get his +2 wis tome from cake. Artisimo did not get his preorder items and he was the first to try it. Also tried on another toon and nothing, also read on each toon made after would also recieve items and 3 toons with nothing not sure what to do?

If you're having this issue you should be able to contact the account support team (not the in-game, but the account support) for assistance. There are two different things happening with the Learning Tomes and TR
- A display bug on Greaters that makes it look like you aren't getting the Greater bonus. It is a display issue only.
- Inability to use the Upgrader after TRing. A Greater Tome will still over-ride a Lesser Tome properly, but the Upgrader is erroneously blocking TRs from upgrading a Lesser Tome. Again, you should be able to contact the account support team for assistance.

The tomes don't create an icon on your buff bar. Look on your character sheet and there should be a small tome icon to the right of the XP bar there if it worked properly.
