    I cry on the inside every time i see someone running around with a companion and greater tome and I don't have mine. If this is how the year is shaping up, looks like coal again from Santa

    I have my Greater tome and pets now!!! Thank you Moderators for passing our voices of frustration on to the other people, and forgive our caveman ignorance due to frustrations beyond your control.. i have nothing more to say about the other people :-)

    As with others, I am curious about this as though I have gotten all the other parts, I still do not have the Greater Tome or the Pets / Collars, so will need to know what the process is to go through for them.

    As of this evening, I now have everything I was waiting for. Greater tome, pets, collars and on the proper toon. I hope as the ripples from this bug subside, that everyone else can be happy campers when the dust settles.
    Of course I can be in here, the door was clearly unlocked, and yes, I always dress in black and put shoe polish on my face.

    Still have received absolutely NO pre-purchase tickets on any toon. Submitted a ticket through account management, got a reply saying that I was immediately granted 'XXXX' turbine points (exactly how it was written), that I would have veteran II stats (I do not), and I've waited 3 full days for item mail delivery (got nothing but replacement cakes I didn't need).

    Do I need to give account management a call? Customer service? Let me know what to do next.

    First: I bought the Collector's Edition.

    Got my tickets. First toon (oldest, and first alphabetically: Heatherx on Argo) ate the cake and got 1 mnem pot; got the replacement this weekend and that worked fine. When clicking the original ticket, however, she got nothing. She has received her replacement ticket, which worked fine, and so all good on that front.

    Some other toons have received replacement tickets, even though no other toon used theirs. I'm OK with that

    My only remaining problem is that Heatherx still has not received her pets or upgrade tome. I've been checking all my characters' mailboxes (regardless of whether the mail icon is up) every time I start playing--nothing yet.

    I understand that it may be time to start worrying. I did see Tolero's note about checking forum PMs but I haven't got anything waiting there either. Then again, this is my first post on the topic; I've just been following the thread up until now.

    What are the next steps?

    Tolero sent me a PM and I was straightened out this evening. Now I can stop being a b***h. It seems some toons bunk the repair effort and have to be manually done.

    Dear Tolero,
    and by extension Turbine, I have been a patient little soul, and have waited my 72 hours in the hope that in the new spirit of communication that has been shown of late, I would have my nice new expansion,tomes,onyx moggy,etc etc etc by now. You know what's coming next. Still awaiting them. I see lots of folk running around with their spider cult masks,pets at their heels, getting lots of extra experience, and I'm not. Its past the 72 hrs now,well past.I logged on and checked my account balance on the store, still 300+tp,no tomes in backpacks, not figurines........

    Please, when will I be able to use the expansion that I have paid top price for?

    Not bitter, just want what I have paid for...is that too much. If so please send me a refund and I'll repurchase when it all works.

    Yeah, hoping too. I think my first post sounded a bit more upset than I actually am. I think Turbine and Tolero in particular have been awesome in regards to handling this--I was just a bit rushed earlier because I had guildies waiting on me while I wrote

    Hopefully the outliers can be cleaned up soon. Good job so far though, from what I've been reading!

    It seems as I may have slipped through the cracks.

    First toon on server, dialogue said Greater tome and the rest, went ahead. Got nothing.

    Tried on 2nd toon, got warning about the lesser stuff, nothing.

    Created Vet2 character, tried preorder, nothing.

    Deleted Vet2 character.

    Created new Vet2 character but with a different name. Didn't try preorder ticket.

    As of this posting I do not have the Greater Tome nor do I have the Creature Companions.

    Primary character was Brankor on Ghallanda.

    Thanks for any help!

    Still don't have the cosmetic pets or the upgrade tome.

    Fiannatha is the toon I had deleted before there was a message about not deleting toons.
    Finnand is the next toon on that account.
