    Default Not receiving pre-order items in inventory

    I pre-ordered the premium expansion, mainly for the lesser tome of learning on every character.

    On a few characters, I received my items when i activated the panther item in my inventory, however on one character, I clicked the item in my inventory, and received the following message:

    (Standard): You have officially redeemed a pre-purchase loot ticket for this character. Your pre-purchase items are now in your inventory.

    -However, NOTHING appeared in my inventory. No mask, no tome of learning, nothing. please help.

    Yep, happening all yesterday. I got 2 out of my 8 toons that tried this to work properly. From the threads, it seems about a 50% success rate. I'm just unlucky

    It's all over the forums.
