    Default How to request a refund?

    As the title says. I purchased the Collector Edition Pre-Purchase pack and didn't receive my bonus items so I'm curious how I go about getting a refund?

    Probably best bet is to call customer service, or just wait a week for them to fix it.

    I heard they sell a refund totem on the DDO store.
