    Exclamation The Cannith Laundromat

Give me an altar in House C where I can throw in a cloth armor / robe (random, named, or crafted) & some trap parts and get out a docent with the exact abilities that cloth had. And vice versa.

I bought Warforged and Monk from you and rolled up a WF Monk to continuously run into problems where I can use monk armor from new updates or form classic stuff, like the Icy Raiment. I have less fun having bought more from you. That's silly.

Ditto WF Artificer, thought WF casters usually get docents of their stuff, which must be annoying to non-WF. The laundromat could mean much simpler loot tables for everyone while making your race customers much happier.

It would also make TRing to and from WF a lot more appealing.

You need to make a decision when making a fleshie or a WF what type of gear you will best use. That is one of the facors when deciding whether to play a fleshie or WF is chosing between some exclusive docents that will not be available to fleshies and chosing between robes that are not available to warforged.

It is simply something you need to think about and factor into your build before you make a decision to go WF or fleshie.

Fair enough, but I'd like a way to change out Dragon Scale armors of all types into another due to TRing.

I can see how that's an easy decision when looking at casters given the much higher number of both caster robes and docents, but monks don't have the same spread.

    Also,

    1) That doesn't seem like a smart decision to have customers make as the ones that decide to go fleshie will have no reason to buy the Warforged race.

    2) That doesn't take into account future items released in Updates.

    3) I hope the devs take into consideration what gear effects the players will have access to when they balance raids and other endgame content. Though they may assume endgame monks that need it will get a certain robe, my monk may not be able to because he's WF. Since there's no bonus to be a WF monk like your fists being treated as metalline, it stands as a nerf to use WF since my wf monk can never gain access to the effects on the Frozen Tunic, for example.

Between the robe issue and the non-stacking immunities, there's definite incentive to NOT spend your cash on Warforged if you're creating a monk.
