I've bought both the Dungeons and Dragons Online: Menace of the Underdark Collector's Edition and the Dungeons and Dragons Online 11000 Turbine Point Code.
I've received the email containing the digital rights for both and I managed to activate the MotU Collector's Edition: everything works just fine, be it the 2k TPs or the collars/pets.
Yet it seems I cannot activate the TP bundle as the product key (listed as digital right in the email) seems to be invalid... I entered it in the "Activate Product Key" field only to have the following error message returned to me:
Is there anything I did wrong?The Product Key you entered is not valid for use. If you believe this is an error, please contact Turbine Customer Service by visiting support.turbine.com. [err: 30022]

The Turbine Point code is entered into the DDO Store in-game. Open the store, then click "Add Points", and copy the code into the box for Redeem Points. Thanks!

In order to activate the Turbine Point Code you need to:
- Log into the game
- Open the DDO Store
- Click on the Add Points button
- Click on Redeem Game Card (It might say Redeem Point Code at this point)
- Enter the code you received in your e-mail
- Submit

The instructions for this are there. (That's how I knew what to do!)
Although it is very easy to just plunk that code into the activation box for the expansion assuming it goes there too. (I also did this before seeing the instructions.)Ghallanda
