    Default Help With Pre Order

    Hi, first of all I appologize, im Brazilian and maybe cannot express myself very well.


    I bought today the pre order of Menace of Underdark - $79,99 (collector's Edition). And i dont received any code to activate the pack, i only received the number (12 characters) when i finished the buy. I really dont know what do. Could help-me please.

    you log into your turbine account and put that 12 character code into the product key spot. it will upgrade.

    I dont think so. I believe that product key is a 25 characters code, when i put my 12 characters code to activate in my turbine account appears the message: The Product Key you entered is not valid for use. If you believe this is an error, please contact Turbine Customer Service by visiting support.turbine.com. [err: 20046]

    Did you receive an email confirming your order? The Product Key is in the email but it is called Digital Rights.

    The email would have come from: webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com

    Have you looked inside your filtered spam folder? The email from digitalriver might be there.

    If you check your SPAM or Junk folder and do not see an email with the product key, you will want to contact the Account Management team using the information in my signature. They'll be able to look into for you and they will be happy to help
