Pre-purchase items

Me and my husband both bought the expansion got pre-purchased tickets on our toons however when we got on our mains and used the tickets since those are who we wanted to have the greater tomes of learning we did not receive any items even though it said they were placed in our inventory.

My husband flipped toons and used it again because it's a second toon he wants a greater tome of learning on and again nothing in his inventory.....


Is anyone else having this issue? How do we fix it what do we do? We did not just pay for the pre-order for the expansion to receive nothing but the 2k tp points. Can't reach gm's in game have had a ticket open for almost an hour now.

I'm having this problem aswell. although it worked fine for 3 of my toons, on my 4th toon it said that the items were placed in my inventory but they were not. also, i used the birthday cake to summon the Djin, and I chose a +2 Con Tome, but the Djin just ate my cake and left without giving me anything.
I tried to leave a ticket in-game, but after an hour of waiting, I had to log off.

I was in the inspired quarter when I used mine and I didnt get my pre order items or greater tome!

I just pre ordered the collerctors edition and 11000 points thing, added the keys to my turbine account and cash store, used the panther icon on my main character and got nothing!

What do we do now and how do we get our greater tome and other items?

Yeah. I tried it with my main character as well and did not get anything. I was in House K at the time, and had 14 free slots.

Tried on two different toons on the airship and nothing got same inventory deposit message and i had 15+ open slots and both toons got nothing...

I just spent so much money on this game too, I stupidly bought the 6300 point bundle when it was advertised with 'bonus points, stock up now', and today I bought the CE preorder AND the 11000 points thing!

Something like £130 spent on DDO, and 19300 turbine points stocked up, and I dont get my pre order bonuses, thanks a lot Turbine!

So my husband just tried this on a 3rd toon and me my 2nd toon. This time we did receive the onyx figurine, the greater xp elixir, LESSER tome of learning and the mask.....however our mains still do not have the cosmetic pets, greater tome of learnings or collars or anything. This needs to be fixed people aren't spending $80 for the expansion to receive nothing for our money.

The tomes of learning were one of the main reasons we bought the CE and now we can't even benefit from the greater tomes of learning without buying them??? And yes I'll admit it I want my cosmetic pets otherwise us buying the CE was useless and a waste of money. And here I am an hour after my orginal post and still no gm response in game.

Im not even going to try using it on my alts yet, I wanted that greater tome and I was going to use TPs to TR right away, but I have no greater tome on my main so cant do that now.

I'm worried about getting the greater tome on an alt instead of on my main with would be annoying.

Well it seems to be if you've already used it on one toon that's the one that'll be locked into greater tome of learning that you can't get. Finally two hours later we got a response from gm's saying it requires additional research and that it can take a couple days before we hear anything....

However like I said using them on alts we did get the lesser tomes of learning instead of the greater, got our figurine, and xp elixir plus the mask. But we can't summon our cosmetics from these other toons since the voucher bugged on our mains.

So yayy we gets lessers on some of toons but no greater tome and now in a few days I'm waiting for the standard response of sorry we can't help with this issue which is when I ask for a full refund on the expansion and we do not buy the expansion until we can use our TP to get it.

Edit: BTW TR'ing is currently turned off because of the bugs that developed when they did the update on lammania on Friday causing inventory/gear and everything to disappear when you TR, or LR

If I dont get my greater tome and stuff on my main character I'll expect a refund too.

Logged in my main, clicked on the head, and nothing. 80 dollars spent for basically 2000 turbine points. Purchased the same for my two sons accounts and afraid to log them in and see the same. Now I am concerned that if i activate the panther head on any of my alts they will end up with the greater learning bonus instead.

I got the reply that they are researching it, and it could take up to two days.

Cant any devs / GMs comment in this thread on this issue?

Same message. Tbh, if it's only 2 days, worth it. Just soloed eDA using the onyx panther/hireling and pwned it. And that was on my worst capped toon, since all my other toons failed to get their items.

And, I wasn't prep'd for the quest, I just wanted to see what it could do, and made it.
