Hireling Issue

I bank my hireling after use on a elite quest. Then I run the normal & hard quest. then I get my hireling from the bank. I'm finding that if the hireling has less than 20 min left, the hireling disappears from my inventory when I enter the quest & if less that 5 min it diappears when I put it into my inventory.

Khyber server is where the hireling disappears from inventory even if you have more than 5 min's left. I was on Sarlona & Thelanis last night also, why the hireling with less than 5 min's disappear when moving from bank to inv. I did not have the issue off hirelings disappearing from inv when enter quest or another public area.
