    Default Pre-order Payment Authorization Failed

    So I have tried 2 different credit cards(no problem using them for other internet stuff like DDO for example) and also a PayPal account, but got Payment Authorization Failed on all of those tries, any advice?

    Tried paypal and credit cards some more, tried using the gb website, de website, tried making my friend pay with my paypal account from different country, no thing worked...

    Decided to create a Click and Buy account. But the problem with that is that the order page doesn't even load the click and buy website, it just says Payment authorization failed straight away.

    Hence my question, will you guys offer any other purchase methods any time soon?

    Pretty sure the proplem lies with the company they are using to sell the expansion, digital rivers is appearently a horrible company to handle purchases from all around the world. I have the exact same problem, best you can try to do is go ask turbine directly by submitting a ticket.

    I had the same problem. Tried 3 different times to authorize and it came back "authorization failed" each time. I called my Credit Card and they saw three declined transactions on my account. The CC rep said it auto defaulted because they thought it was a fraudulent claim on my card. She stayed on the line and I submitted a fourth and then finally on the fifth try, as the rep was watching and could verify my identity, it passed.

    Maybe try calling your card company and authorizing online?
