No lesser tome mask or figurine

Clicked on the icon, and nothing happened. Item just... went away.

Has anyone else not gotten their lesser learning tome figurine or mask upon activating? My main got the Pets and all two alts got their stuff but a third got nada he had the activating item I used it but the items didn't appear in my inventory like the other times

Mine and my husband's bugged out on our main toons therefore we don't get the greater tome of learning nor the cosmetic pets. My husband's second toon was also bugged then his third it finally worked as did my second. So for everything we get a figurine, xp potions, lesser tome of learning and the mask.....But we can't even access our cosmetic pets because they never showed up on our mains, and we don't get the greater tome of learning either.

oh where or where can my $80.00 be, turbine took it away from me.. I went to my backpack and looked inside, all there was were two ingredient bags inside... I opened the bags, really excited... Only to open and see no loot! Oh where oh where is my panther or my mask, where are my tomes tonight.. I look to the left, and i look to the right, only to see i got shafted again by turbine tonight!

Opened inventory had cake travlers stuff and preorder icon. Clicked on icon and it went away no box to say yes no., no items , did get the 2 k tps

2 nd toon had all items for none main lessor tome cat figure exp pot. mask.

I logged onto my completionist project and used the pre order ticket. Nada, zip and zilch. i just spent 130 bucks to get the collectors edition and i did not get any of the stuff. BTW i did check my hire folder and the figuine is not in there.

Points code for 11000 TP worked just fine. Im afraid to use the pre order ticket on any of my other toons though just in case they all lose their stuff too.

Phaa - Ranger (recently deleted) Tried the cake, chose the 4 siberous cakes, got 1
Tried the mask, got a message but no items at all (was thrid toon to try the card in his empty inventory)

QingFu - Monk Tried the cake, chose the 6 craft experience pots, got one
Tried the card, got nothing (no mask, not figure, nada) was the 4th toon to try this,

Worked good on main toon and second toon, none other has been able to do so at all. The above two toons were in the House K bank in House K

i on the toon i plan to tr into my first druid got my greater tome and all effect on my main got nothing as for the turbine points bought that put in my product code and did not get them ether gliches happen not a big deal if you fix it. i might do doing somthing wrong but it worked for the pack but not the points unless some has hacked your point codes. i put in a ticket got duty tomorrow so it might take me a day to check up on it.

Just to clarify since I keep seeing the birthday cake being mentioned with the expansion pack every few messages, the six year old birthday cake, blessing of the traveller and 15 tokens of the traveller have NOTHING to do with the expansion pack preorder. EVERYONE who had an existing character as of the update got those items.

The fact that alot of people seem to be having a problem with getting items from the birthday cake may also be in some way related to this since it's a similar instance of an item to be placed in your inventory by interacting with another object, but it may also just be coincidental.

I have noticed thought that as far as the birthday cake, most of the posts i've seen here talking about it, and most of the messages i've seen in game from people, it's either when you request a +2 Tome, and get nothing, or when you request the SP pots and you get 1 instead of 25 that are the most common problems. FWIW.

I'm not going to bother trying it on any other character until I hear the issue is dealt with. This is more than a bit disappointing.

I also have had problems (Sarlona Server). I bought the collectors pack. Got the TP fine, and saw the pre-sale ticket item on my first toon so i clicked it (as i understand it this is suppose to give the pets, greater tome of learning, and other items). Received the message "You have officially redeemed a pre-purchase loot ticket for this character. Your pre-purchase items are now in your inventory." But no items delivered. Have successfully used on other toons though 1 more did fail. those toons got the lesser tome of learning grouping of items. Yet none of the toons are able to get the Pets, and my main is still without her greater tome of learning. Does putting an in game ticket help or are these forums the best way to get things resolved?

I was on my inventory tab which had my only open inventory spots.

kk look at a other toon still had the pack unopen but had the pet bar and collars i give the first toon on i think this might be the bug not sure it would be a place to start.

1. In the public area of Gianthold near the banker NPC.
2. I purchased the Collectors Edition.
3. On my main character I used the figurine but no items showed up in inventory. I don't have a hireling folder. I have not checked my alts as of yet.

Purchased the collectors editions. Opened it up on Coldin in the Marketplace, and did not receive any items. I haven't tried it on any other characters yet.

Character had 32 empty slots in inventory.

Double-clicked on ticket in inventory.

Got dialog to confirm this was the character I wanted to use the ticket on. Confirmed.

Pre-order ticket disappeared but I gained nothing in inventory.

Restarted game. Still nothing.

I assume they will get it fixed at some point and I will get my stuff but the time and aggravation are very disappointing.

Character: Quickety (Khyber)

1.) Inside Lords of Dust Elite, friend had used his onyx figurine, redeemed to use mine
2.) $80 one
3.) Did not receive any of the items. Received them on 3 previous toons. First one redeemed in Haverdasher's, second in a public area, third on a new vet status toon on the ship with no issues.
