    Default Account lost.(Old one)

    Hello Turbine, just came back from a break, i got my ''F2P'' account but i remeber i had a real account at a time, way befor the game went F2P, got the game at the time you relesed it. i still got the game Dungeons & Dragons Online ''Stormreach'' but i can't remeber my Account nor email i used. but got the ''Product Key''. any chance to get it back?

    and if i get it back what kind of Account would it be?. just a normal F2P?

    To recover and account, you do not need to have a product key. Once a product key is used to create an account, it is tied to that account and you don't need another one unless you are adding an expansion.

    To recover an account username, we actually have an option to do that on the Account Management website. You will see that there is a 'Forgotten your username?' link available. If you still have access to the email address that is on the account, you can click the link, type in the username, and you will be sent the username. Once you have that, you can use that and your password to log into the Account Management website, or directly into the game.
