Problem with Veteran Level 4 (at least with my Halfling Monk)

Edit: Problem resolved itself with a reboot of client. Probably should have tried that first. Leaving the post up to remind others to reboot if this error occurs.

I tried to create a Veteran Level 4 Halfling Monk (32 point build) and when I hit create I was brought back to the character selection screen. The Monk's name is greyed out and her level is listed as "unknown". I can not begin play with that character. I am not over my character limit, jut prior to creating her I deleted three characters from the server (I was unable to play two of them anyway due to another bug that is causeing Lamannia to read me as Free rather than Premium) leaving her the second character I have on the server.
