Tried a TR...and lost everything!

Took my prized Elven AA Ranger and tried a TR, but when I went to the bank to get stuff from my inventory, all that was there was stuff from the bank. Anything in my inventory, like my epic items and my greensteel bow was gone!

EDIT: I do have reincarnation cache, but it only has stuff from the bank.

EDIT 2: After many of you confirmed the issue, I submitted a bug report.

It's fixed internally. You will be safe to TR when we allow it.
It was a halo effect of a much worse TR bug, if you must know.

i know my tr bank (where all your stuff you had on you and in your inventory goes) does not load the same speed at which the shared bank does. sometimes takes a few seconds to show up after you click on the banker.

edit: btw, is this on lammania? assume so, but curious

Yes, it is on lama. I tried removing items, relogging, everything. Nothing from my inventory made it. Luckily, I tried this in beta and not live, otherwise I would be freaking out right now.

Just out of curiosity:

Did you literally talk to TR-dude in house J, do the stuff, log off right in front of him, and hit the TR button?

Or did you do anything else?

doh, was actually going to TR my main on monday...with a bug like this hanging out there it seems like I should be waiting to see if it hits anyone on live.

No idea, I've searched high and low, even asking other TR's in Beta, and no one else seems to have this issue. This was my only lvl 20 on the server, so somebody else will need to try to recreate.

Probably is new in this build. We know they had to mess with something to fix the LR issues.

I am very much looking forward to TRing my Wizard once U13 rolls out.

But there is no way in hell that I'm going to do it until at least a few other brave souls report success in their TR and tome retention.

I just went over to Lammania and tried it on my Wizard, Dalzeil.

Indeed, everything in Character Bank went into TR Cache - WAI.

Indeed, everything in Character Inventory did not go to TR Cache, and is gone without a trace - Not WAI.

So much for TRing anything Monday.
