Bug in MyDDO

This bug is preventing one of my characters in appearing in MyDDO and due to that cannot partake in the lotteries either. Funny thing is a character I erased 4-8 months ago is still there in the lotteries.

Anyway, back to the character that is not appearing even after I deleted them and remade them (didn't help). After I noticed it still didn't appear I went and hit the hotlink (on MyDDO) for a list of all of my characters and there it was BUT "Unknown Race () - Thelanis" was listed next to his name.

Where do I go to get some help with this?

Nono, you got it wrong, MyDDO IS the bug.

More seriously: I don't know. They seem to be fixing a bug here and there in MyDDO, but there are still plenty (and more) around. It's been in Beta so long that I doubt it'll go live before I qualify for retirement.

I hope Turbine hires a good website designer/programmer soon as MyDDO has such potential and bugs like this are so annoying.

Turbine doesnt seem to be very concerned with the functionality of MyDDO anymore. Just another in the long list of abandoned systems and projects.

My guild hasnt been accurately represented in over a year. Many of my characters are incorrect as well.

What is the point in having it then? Besides with its inaccuracies they sort of ruins lotteries too.

Seems no matter what character I make in that slot they all are missing and in my character list show "Unknown Race () - Thelanis" as well.
