Past Life: Student of the Sword

The feat description is as thus:
You recall more about your past life as a fighter. You have +2 to your Intimidate skill, +1 to the Maximum Dexterity Bonus of armor and shields, and can remember your martial prowess three times per rest, increasing your base attack bonus to your level and granting +4 to hit.

Seems pretty good to me, so how does it work if you take it twice.. +4 to intim, +2 Max Dex bonus... but what about martial prowess 3 times... is it 6 times... or is it +8 to attack.. and how long does "martial prowess" last for as a clickie..

Thanks in advance for info on this.. I'm planning a TR fighter/ Rogue DPS Khopesh Kensai Build. (if anyone has a great link to a build for this I'd be appreciative)

there are actually 2 kinds of past lives

the kind you are talking about is the active past life. these kinds of past life are the kind you need to use a general feat(not class feat) on and can only be taken once.

the other kind of past life is the passive past life. these are granted to you automatically and can be stacked up to 3 times.

I've used this build and found it very solid...ditched stun at about 15th and took imp sunder...apart from that, few changes.
