Do you know of anyone with dozens of toons stocked with ill-gotten +3 tomes? Or are you just making baseless accusations based on your cognitive bias?

I'd name some, but Turbine punish calling out cheats more than they punish cheating.

People whose accounts should have been deleted instead got 6 hour bans.
