18/2 pally monk

[Shadowaras]

I got a bbn past life to my pally and im tring him back to paladin /monk 18/2 ..pure tank was ok b4 even for the elobs but i think will be much more effective now with higher intim,hp and evasion.

If i did any mistakes some feedback plx

It seems pretty nice. But i have some questions

If you won't invest in combat expertise feat, why to begin with so high int? Also why do you get weapon prof bastard sword? Why not stick with longswords and get whirling steel strike, for the bonus of being a monk? Also, again based on bastard sword, why bastard swords? Because i think that the only good bastard swords in the end game are the fang (for which you dont have the dragonmarks) and the one from the last update, but even so divine vengeance could be better then it.

I have a lot of questions cause I want to make eventually one pally/monk one of this days

He's going S&B, and bastard swords deal glancing blows like THF when doing S&B. And since he's doing S&B, there's no point in picking up whirling steel strike, since the shield will negate that bonus from monk class.

My question is: are you aware that Evasion only works if you're wearing light or no armor? And you do want evasion since you picked up two levels of Monk. It is very nice at reducing damage for a tank like you.
