does this mean, they(turbine) are working on it? or does it mean its there and deal with it?

If you point out which known issue and what you're encountering specifically it might clarify somewhat, also a dxdiag (steps on how to reply with one are in the 'how to get help' sticky in my sig) can also help to determine if there's some other contributor to issues going on.
If your graphics card is one of the models below (quote from the known issues thread here) though you may encounter one of the listed issues:

NOTE: The Customer Support forums are best for Player-to-Player help, for more direct and official support, please submit a ticket to the appropriate team via the form here.
After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
And if you do have one of those models, that is not something Turbine is really going to be willing to fix as it is a hardware design issue at the core of it.
You'll find other games also have issues with those.
amd m880g with ati mobility radeon hd 4200 this is mine.. and its not on listed below.. months ago, i dont experience problems.. just lately with new updates i lag when too much mob or spell effects.. know a way to solve this? or is it really me?
But that of what you are describing would be client lag, and due to "months" other MS updates can also have an effect upon your gaming.
Some times you have to re install due to the fact of fragmentation within their files (defragging your HD won't solve this.) They may claim that they have that fixed internal fragmentation, but I proved them wrong. They never responded back.
I am also going to make the assumption you are in control of the fan for your GPU. You may need to shove up the speed if you don't. And if you have never controled it ever, it is possible it is starting to slowly die on you due to over heating. Both nVida and ATI/AMD fan cooling algorithms SUCK. The more I think on how bad they suck, I seriously wonder if they are purposely doing so to increase sales due to fried chips.
oooh.. sads.. my fan is working well though.. soo it must be im outdated( sads
is there a way i can configure my settings to be like what it used to be 6-8 months ago?
tyvm all for the help.. so now i must get a new piece to play with hehe![]()
