extra dragonmark uses

Hey all,

a Human Haggle and chest blesser Bard, lvl 13, Virtuoso took the enhancement extra dragonmark use I & II. She still has the same uses as b4: 7 least, 5 lesser, 3 greater after resting or whenever.
No gear which could screw it up.
What could be the problem?

you get 5/3/1 use per rest, if you use 1st ehn it will raise to 6/4/2 2nd to 7/5/3, don't know if it exists but you could have an item that give you extra DM usage...

But none that grant 2 of each tier, especially at level 13.

It really sounds like a mistake was made reading the totals.
