Help please

In u13 the level cap is increasing ,so if i became level 21 from 20,do i get to learn new spells and do i get to increase stats and does the level increase,increase the hp and sp???

Level cap won't be raised until the expansion, which will come out sometime in the summer.
We don't have a lot of information on how the levels over level 20 will look like so i'm afraid i cant help you with your question.

As said there isn't a lot of information yet on how it will be implemented.
All we can do is speculate, based on some of the PnP rules.

It's possible HP and skill points, will progress much as we would expect, and understand it now.
Caster level will probably progress as we expect, giving a higher spell pen (and damage roll on the odd spell).
Turning level should continue to increase.

At level 24 we should get an ability point.

I very much doubt we will get any extra spell slots 1-9.

I really hope we get more sp. I'd guess we will....just to keep us quiet.
But a level 25 pnp wizard, has no more level 1-9 spells per day, than a level 20 wizard.

As for new (epic) spells, that all uses a different system. We may get them, we may not.
But it sure won't feel epic without them.

Hard to say how it's going to be implemented.

There are literally hundreds of ways they could go with this.
