"Stealer of Souls" frozen issue

Hello, Stealer of Souls, tonight we party to complete the quest, all went well, party teamwork and overcame Sorjek without problems, but half the battle in my Pj began to recede, the screen froze,could not use chatting or anything, just an option I run, reset, when I returned to connect to the game, the whole group had been dissolved and I found the door of the dungeon without access to my sovereign rune, my question is why if I have this kind of problem I can not appear on the site reset instead of outside the dungeon?
