Lesser Reincarnate bug

I did +3 Lesser reicarnate on my lv20 wiz toon on Lamannia but restarted at lv1 without xp for lveled.

Yes, you should have been on the Heart of Wind Airship and talked to the NPC there to relevel.

Just tried myself, my LR went fine.
Where did yours teleport you to ? Korthos ? Airship ?
Did you true reincarnate, thinking you were lesser reincarnating ?

I know how reincarnate, i already was TR1 (Hero) and when i did lesser i restarted at lv1 (Hero) in airship, talked to npc but he say only i can spend action point (only 1) before talk to captain for go at marketplace.

I have the same experience. Lev1 only, Auryath only offered to spend action points.

also if i remember correctly, when I talked to her, i was awarded xp for slayer in some reavers refuge area, ~800xp or something.

I have done several Lesser recarns on different toons with no issues but they were not TR's so seems that is the factor that may be bugged..

Received explorer xp for Eerie Forest and Saomi Gardens as soon as I logged in (which was underwater before I jumped to the Veteran ship). Stuck at 1 action point, Lycass was a 20th level Favored Soul.

I had not intended to LR. But since people were making such complaints, I hopped on Lammania and tested it - and as usual, recorded it.

The video's encoding right now. Indeed, it is bugged.

Edit : While I'm encoding this, I went and tested it with 32-point build, and the LR process *seems* to be working just fine. So it looks like it might be something only affecting TRs.

Edit 2 : Dalzeil, 32 Point Wizard, was able to successfully LR, leave the ship, and pick up Enhancements. (I do my Enhancements in Market, not on the boat. I did test, and the Enhancements selection window did show up properly.)

Also unusual was the "goodies" I received when LRing. Dalzeil Received:

• An extra 6-year-old B-day cake
• Birthday Parrrrrrty Invitation (Crystal Cove)
• Candy Cane
• Flawed Siberys Dragonshard
• Blessing of the Traveler
• 15 Tokens of the Traveler
• Birthday Cake of Wishes (Yes, the 2nd B-day Edition of the cake)
• Siberys Spirit Cake

..In Addition to the normal Broach of Waterbreathing and Boots of Minor Striding that we see when we LR.

I logged back on to Aneist to check - he also received the above items during Lesser Reincarnation. I was able to leave the ship as a level 1 Paladin with 1,125 XP. I noticed I had mail - when I went to check it, I had the mails of Stormreach Chronicles 7-15, Stormreach Chronicles - Saltire Edition, and a heap of "Special Reward - Free DDO Store Points!" For first time Favor on Lammania for my 5/25/50/500/1000/2000 benchmarks.

I remember a complaint that some had that LRing was removing their Coin Lord Finishing School Feat/Favor Reward, with no way to get it back. Perhaps they attempted to "Fix" this bug, and all of what I am listing and seeing here is an unintended consequence?

Your talk to the she sitting in the bow of the ship. She gives you XP and let you level up. I think you spoke to the wrong NPC on ship

I tried with my Favored Soul Lycass and he is a 32 pt build, as seen above I had the same 1 action point LR. So apparently it's just a **** shoot.

Do you recall, or can you check, to see whether or not you receive those "goodies", as well as the various Stormreach Chronicle/Favor reward mails?

Actually after I read your post I did log on and once leaving the ship (still at level 1) I had a mailbox full of mail. I received everything you did including the 2 year birthday cake.

Sorry, I doubted you before Zio. I actually went in with a character that has never reincarnated in any form and tried to LR+3 her and it is definitely bugged. Reported in game as well, hopefully they will find the bug and fix it so it doesn't find it's way to live
