    Exclamation Problem with getting VIP access

    Hello, i recently purchased a 30 day VIP pass for DDO.
    On the turbine page for my account it still doesn't say i am premium and i can't access VIP quests. I have the electronic receipt from my purchase if needed. Thank you!

    Important bit in red above. This is a player support forum. Do NOT post your receipt here or any other personal info. Now that we have that done, lets move along.

    1) Are you _sure_ that the payment went through? Check your credit card statement to verify.
    2) If the payment really did go through, give Turbine a call. It will literally take 30 seconds and your account will be activated and your points delivered. Sometimes things happen and accounts don't get activated.

    Remember - Be polite on the phone. It's not the person on the phones fault that your account didn't get activated.

    rester11193, it sounds to me like you purchased a Game Time Card through a website. When you purchase time through websites other than myaccount.turbine.com, you will receive an email with a Game Time Card code on it. If you purchased it through store.turbine.com, the email will come as a confirmation email. On the bottom of the email is a Digital Rights code that should be 25 characters long. That is the Game Time Card.

    You'd need to log into myaccount.turbine.com and redeem it there. For more detailed instructions on how to redeem Game Time Cards, you can use this sticky here.
