I think official policy is somewhere between "Don't ask, don't tell" and 'Caveat emptor".

From what I hear ye it is against the rules BUT in this case the prpducts being traded are at least meant to be tradeable. Compared to the recent bug where untradeable items were traded left and right (which imo was a clear case of blatant cheating) I see this as a minor infraction at most.

I think because you are buying them using tp rather than real money, the gm's wont have a problem with it.
