    Default didn't get turbine points

    Hi,

    i purchased 1600 turbine points via boku, and got an email that the payment was complete and was sent to ddo. However, 2 days later, those turbine points still aren't added to my account. Is there anything i'm forgetting?

    It can take up to 48 hours for the points to be granted to an account. If you still do not have the points, you may want to contact Boku to make sure the transaction went through successfully. If they confirm that, then you may want to contact the Account Management team. They will be happy to help you
