Sorcerer - savant requirements

I was wondering...
Almost all savant requirements are looking the same for all 4 types of savant.
Thought the difference are marks, what is logic, cause we have mark of storm, but dont have any mark of earth/water/fire.

But what with Savant II enhancement.
Why in Water and Earth we can choose only from 2 Spell Focuses, and in Fire and Air we have additionally Arcane Prodigy?
See no logic in it. And honestly would love to see those being added in Water and Earth savant too.

Is it a mistake? Or maybe theres a reason i dont know about.

Just an error on DDOWiki. The active sorc PL opens every savant tier 2.

sorcerer PL is garbage and makes a good sacrificial feat as a result. wizard PL is zomg***pwnbbq and you'd almost have to be crazy to not want it in almost any caster build, and is therefore not a good sacrificial feat.
