I keep getting the error "The request failed with HTTP Status 417: Exception Failed" On both Lamannia Launcher and my live Launcher, what can I do to resolve it?

I assume this just started. According to the Turbine Knowledge base it has to do with the proxy server you are using. If you weren't intentionally using one, I'd check to make sure some spyware/malware didn't set one for you,

Yes, this just started for me, however, I'm not using a proxy (from using I.E/Control Panel), is there any Spyware/Malware program you recommend?

I am not an expert at this, but in addition to that support article, this person here seemed to have the best, most succinct response to a 417 problem. I hope this helps you. I'm sure others, more knowledgeable than me, will help you if its not in here.

A 417 is a rare error.

Virus scan your computer with any of the online virus scanners out there.

As a workaround, set your launcher to use the minimal setting which will disable the news feed.

Thanks guys for the help, my launchers are starting again, I believe it was a IPS problem due to a maintenance, although now it's gone.
