MyDDO Character Update

Hello everyone,
I am experiencing a problem in which MyDDO will not update. If you want to look up my character that's having the problem, the name is Triecice (Cannith Server).

Now, Trielcice is now a level 20 sorceror, and when I search the name, It brings up 2 different Trielcices. Both links take me to a previous level 7 Trielcice that had been rerolled. If you look on my character list that is associated with my DDO forums account, you will see that there is one Trielcice labeled as a level 7 wizard, and one labeled as a level 9 sorceror.

The reason that it does not simply update is beyond me, but here is the exact history of the toon.
Started as a Drow wizard. After buying the WF race, I deleted and rerolled to a WF. (MyDDO has no problem updating this switch). After playing the wizard to level 7, I decided to reroll into another wizard. (MyDDO also had no problem with this change). I was not pleased with the wizard, so I decided to switch to a sorceror. MyDDO was updating until level 9, then it stopped for some reason.
I have currently been at level 20 for a few months, and there has been no type of updates to the MyDDO at all.

The main concern I have with this is that I won't be transferred to Lamannia as a level 20 sorceror, if I am transferred at all. I currently have a request pending for a character copy right now that hasn't completed yet. I don't think I can really contact Turbine about this as I am only premium, and I'm not sure if it covers technical support.

If anyone has any similar problems or advice, please let me know. Also, try searching the character "Trielcice" in MyDDO, and then adding me in game(If you play on Cannith) and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Yeah this is a known issue, myDDO isn't really ever fully up-to-date. Sometimes it takes a LONG time.

yeah man, i have the exact same problem, only thing i can confirm for u is that turbine wont make any comments on it. no matter if u f2p , premium, vip or a vip that spends lots on the store.
the only thing they can do (as a in game GM) is tell u to email the customer service, which in turn will email u back tellin u to submit a ticket in game ;p

it updates for some, and not for others. it hasnt updated for me in over a year and a half.

i think its one of those grand ideas that Turbine half-arsed and then wished that everyone forgot about.

if anyone uses MyDDO to see if you are good enough to run in their group then they are a fool.

one of the many things that would be a great idea to revisit it seems for the Devs. I mean me i test out character builds and seems that i can no longer use a name that the system is saying is already created and shows up in a server but when i pull up that server at log in it is not there. Prehaps that it would be a good idea for a name wipe if at all possible? i mean to go in and if there is no character for that account built then to clear the server or something...sorry not really sure how to word that. I have been asked to bring back a toon that i have not had in a year but tried last night to create him and it said the name was taken by going right back to the creation section for me to try again.

Heh, dont rather look how up to date guild rosters are. Guild i lead still shows person, who is MiA for about six months as leader and people who are not in for really long time.

Hi! Me and several other people have noticed that the toons and quest logs are not updating on myddo. Some have not updated since May. Could someone please fix the logs? Thank you.

It works for some of my characters and not at all on some.
it shows I have Total: 66 characters.
I like to use the ddo viewer to keep track of quest ransacks.
My level 20 bard xsong it tells me This character has been archived. To see this character's data, please log in with the character.
I log into this one every few days with a buffed haggle of 81 she does all my selling.
