gamepad problem

At one point in the game I had enabled my gamepad's left trigger to do anything and everything the left click on my mouse could do, and same with the right trigger with the right click. My problem is now that I had to repair DDO, all my preset configurations were changed and thus I lost the ability to use my gamepad's tiggers as a mouse click. Everything else is configured perfectly except for my triggers. Thank you for tanking your timeto read this, and thank you for not posting trolling posts regaurding the fact I use a gamepad.
