server transfer system, does it really exist?

I consider server transfer from ghallanda to khyber or argonessen if possible.
Few weeks ago I Heard some rumor, 45$per character blah blah but not reliable source(...)
Turbine support server transfer system on TP shop or personally if I pay some fee for it?

its 25 and cant use the tp system at least not right now I did it and proably shouldnt have as I dont really play the character I transfered any more but the transfer from thelanis to ghalanda went off without a hitch

As of a couple weeks ago, Turbine now accepts Turbine Points as payment for Character Transfers. It costs 2995TP. When you submit your Character Transfer Request at support.turbine.com, simply choose 'Turbine Points' as the Payment Type when you are asked.
