make bucklers the non artificers runearms pls. they are supposed to be used with a bow most likely, and are designed to not disturb the archery.

seeing all those pretty runearms gifing the one or other really nice enhancement makes me thisnk: what about the other classes that chose ranged combat? i think it would just be fair to open this slot up for the rest
