    Default Eliminate the Mobility feat.

Remove the Mobility feat entirely. It sucks.

Make any feat that points to it as a prerequisite point to Dodge, instead.

DDO does not have Opportunity Attacks like PnP. Why does it have a feat designed to stop them? All the feat currently does is act as a roadblock to Spring Attack and Shot on the Run.

Speaking of which, both Spring Attack and Shot on the Run could use some love.
Give a man a fish, and he demands two more tomorrow.
Teach a man to fish, and he'll leave to find somebody who'll just give him a fish.
Beat him unconscious with the fish, and it's comedy.

Mobility was changed. It is now the second best AC feat in the game for fullplate wearers.

Edit: It's of limited use to the characters that want Spring Attack the most (Rangers) however.
    I don't have a zerging problem.

    I'm zerging. That's YOUR problem.

Personally I would prefer if you got the +4 AC from just running around therefore being more "mobile", but eh whatever works; it would make the feat more useful for a lot more classes though...
Have you ever wanted to create your own customized user interface skins for DDO?

    That's the issue.

    It rocks for fullplate wearers.

It is a pointless tax for Tempests (or anyone heading for Whirlwind should that ever become not-suck). Well, I guess really really high-dex non-PJ rangers could use it.

Yeah, it adds 2 to the max dex bonus of your worn armor. Okay...

So simply rip it out of the prereq chain. It's not like the fullplate AC-based tanks are all that interested in Spring Attack, after all. Give it a prerequisite of the Dodge feat and make Spring Attack etc... also require Dodge instead of Mobility.

I'd probably wait until the let's talk: Ac and Defenses discussion comes up, but at the moment I would have to agree that the Mobility beat is extremely lacklustre. Likely some things for the Ranger Tempests will have to change - like either they are going to have to have the prerequisites changed to make them less restrictive, or if AC receives a prudent fix that at least makes Tempests close to having viable AC, then Two Weapon Blocking and Two Weapon Defense will need to to be changed so they have some more viable feats to select.

I love mobility on my items.
