Mid-level gear, where to fit in potency?

I'm currently level 15, trying to figure out where to fit items.

I've got:

head - minos (heavy fort, toughness)
neck - silver flame (deathblock, spell absorb)/torc
tinket - voice (luck and xp bonus)
cape - napkin (int, spell focus)
belt - lion head (str, con immune to fear)
glove - bramblecast/spectral (DR/ghostly)
boot - GS HP
wrist - Tharne's (dex)
docent - elfcraft (arcane lore)
eyes - tharne's (sneak attack)/conc op (sP)
ring1 -striding
ring2 - thelis (SP)/ff
rune arm - obscenity (seeker)

I can't figure out how to fit a potency item here. Using Eagle's splendor for CHA seems adequate.

Iused Peashooter up to now, with potency III, worked fine. Next level is DT armor and level 17 is the lucid dream rune arm, so that will have potency and lore on it, but what should I do in the meantime?

Suggestions?

If only I had the quiver of alacrity I could swap for potency on a ring, but no luck so far on that.

Have you considered using a clickie?

Easiest spot is using clickies. Or potions (they sell them in house P)

It doesn't take that long to get from 15 to 17

Clickies for blade barrier is a nono. I went with sora-set and elfcrafted for theceasy way. But yes, you could use clickies for everything else.

No problem with carrying 3 or 4 3 use/day efficacy VI clickies. Obviously not ideal but it should cover most of your uses. For backup just pull out a superior potency VI stick if the clickies run out or whatever.
