Rogue/Monk Help

I have read stuff until my eyes are ready to fall out. So, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am building a 13 rogue/6 fighter/1 monk that will use quarterstaffs. I have been really happy about this build and things are going great.

Unfortunately, I stumbled across a 13 rogue/7 monk. I am currently 6 rogue/1 monk so I can still go either direction.

All I would like is for someone to tell me the benefits of 7 monk and some opinions. This is my first attempt at monk anything and I was really just looking for a build to get some good stunning blow going.

Please argue these two builds.

8 DEX
16 CON
14 INT
8 WIS
12 CHA

H-Elf with the Artificer dilly.

I am even considering 19 rogue/1 monk. I mainly just wanted the wind/fire stance out of monk but now I am not so sure.

Taking 7th level of monk over 1 level of fighter:
+wholeness of body (I like this for self healing during quiet times when I'm soloing or short-manning things and is affected by healing amp)
+2nd tier of monk healing amp enhancement
+ref and will (roughly the same fort) saves
-(minor difference)BAB and HP
-1 str enh
-toughness enh
-tactical feat DC enh
-1 feat

Personally, I levelled a 13 rogue / 7 monk HOrc Thief Acrobat/quarterstaff user and I really like her a lot, Cleome. I went light path for light buffs and fist of light. I wasn't thinking of end-game/gear when I was initially planning her stats (and I messed up her feats a little inadvertently with a feat swap). But, now that I have her mostly geared, she is very effective in end game content. I focused on a self-sufficient healing-amp build. I like the boosts from HOrc to str and thf damage/effect procs, but in hind-sight I would level her as a human or half-elf for the additional healing amp. As-is, she can hit herself with a heal scroll for 543 hp with rogue W&SM IV, monk improved recovery II, air ship 10% healing amp buff, and healing amp gear (jidz-tetka in fire stance, epic gloves of the claw, dragontouched outfit with 10% and 20% healing amp on it). My souleater gives +8 hitpoints back for the majority of hits. Fist of light spams constantly about 2 hp per hit. So I can quickly gain hitpoints back that way and when I need to, I can easily switch to a heal scroll to fully heal myself. And with investments in concentration skill for ki, I have a high concentration check so I don't fail due to incoming damage often.

In the future, I will TR her to human or half-elf, but I am waiting until the expansion with the enhancement update is released to do that.

There is definately merit to the 13/6/1 build, but I sure like my 13/7 build a LOT

Sarlonites. I was surprised when I saw him back, and with 3 PLs Pally, Heal Amp got redefined.
